The present company was established in 1994 as Hanwoo, a subsidiary of Daewoo Heavy Industries, and took over Daewoo's concrete-pump division in 2001. It adopted the Everdigm name, a contraction of Everlasting Paradigm, in 2007, and in 2021 was renamed Hyundai Everdigm after becoming an affiliate of the Hyundai Department Store Group.
Everdigm is best known for truck-mounted concrete boom pumps, with booms ranging from roughly 21 to 63 metres, plus truck-mounted line pumps, trailer pumps and placing-boom systems.
